I had a good time. The place was nice, and I liked plucking raw mangoes from the trees. Hoping to come back sometime soon.

We had a pleasant stay in this amazing place, surrounded by nature, which did us a lot of good. The calm here is very enjoyable. The rooms are truly very spacious and pleasant, with a beautiful view of the garden. It was very nice to have an outdoor shower; it creates a connection with nature that we really appreciated.

Very pleasant stay at the property. Biggest highlights are the akkas here. They just shower all their love in the food they make and the care they put into making the food so mouthwatering. The property design is very unique. The AC in the South Chamber is not working properly. It will be good if there's an AC unit which works well so that the sleep is peaceful :)

We had the loveliest stay at Vayal. The hospitality undoubtedly has been the best thanks to Satya, Devi, Selvi. They took care of us like their own family. Mr. Annamalai was super accommodating and toured us around Chettinad and showed us some beautiful Chettinad houses during our stay. Vayal truly is a home away from home. Devi, Shakti & Selvi akka were courteous and took very good care of us. Loved the mini pool, the slow long walks around the House, the morning tea, the authentic simple food made by akka. Dheva had a wonderful weekend that he doesn’t want to go back to Chennai.
